Job Description

    Role Relationship Manager- Client ExperienceRoles and Responsibilities
    • Responsible for calling the database assigned for client Activations.
    • Responsible for Renewal of Subscription Plan
    • Responsible for cross-selling and upselling
    • To keep abreast with market knowledge and market intelligence.
    • Ensuring all trades are done with customer consent as per dealer conduct on recorded
    • lines.
    • Responsible for achieving set targets through effective activation and cross-selling.
    • Managing customer queries and providing end-to-end solutions to customers.
    • Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
    • Job Requirements
    • Should be certified with NISM series 8
    • Graduate/Postgraduate with min 1 yr. experience
    • Should have good communication & presentation skills.
    • Should have a basic Word and Excel skills
    • May have good existing client relationships in the market.
    • Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.
