    Location : Andheri Process : UK Voice Process Education Min HSC Pass Experience : 6 Months exp. in UK or US Sales Process only Excellent Communication skill in EnglishShift Time : 1:30Pm to 10:30Pm Week off : Saturday & Sunday fixed offSalary range shall be 20-38K CTCResponsibilitiesContact potential/existing customers to inform them about our products using scriptsAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the companys reputationGo the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationEnsure customer follow-up all the time.Contact prospective customers by both telephone and emailSend or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
