Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product information.3. Sales Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements. Handle objections and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.6. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.7. CRM Management: Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage sales activities, leads, and client interactions.8. Collaboration with Team: Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
