Job Description

    Greetings from Sea & Beyond!!Dear Applicants,We are actively hiring for the position of Senior Documentation Executive with our leading client in Shipping Industry.Location- MumbaiRoles & Responsibilities -
    • Follow-up for documents with Origin
    • Follow-up with Finance for DIT certificates
    • Filing of IGM and EGM with Customs
    • Follow up with Customers for submission of documents on time.
    • Submission of BL data to destination office before timelines.
    • Creation and Submission of Invoices to Customers.
    • Communication with all stakeholders.
    Skills Required-
    1. Import Manifest creation & filing (IGM)
    2. Filing manifest at Icegate along with filing Amendments (AMD)
    3. Filing of EGM at Icegate Export General Manifest
    4. Arrival Notice Sending to customers and submission to EXIM and Daily Shipping
    5. Export BL creation and issuance of BL
    6. Invoicing and processing invoices as per Tariff
    7. Knowledge of GST and its impact on Invoices
    8. Should possess knowledge of Invoice creation and Import D/O issuance
    9. Good email communication skills with overseas offices, internal teams and customers
