Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are looking for a Senior Purchase Engineer for the company located in Rabale.For more details call Anamika /Shraddha on hidden_mobile | hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile or you can mail your cv to hidden_email or hidden_emailJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Designation -Sr Engineer/ Asst Manager PurchaseQualification -B E Mechanical.Total Experience -9 to 11 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Supply Chain Management .Location -RabaleJob Description -1.Domestic and Import Material Procurement:-Copper, Aluminum, Electric items like controls, PCB, MCB, Air conditioning related controls items. Compressors , LPHP Switches, Accumulators.2. Floating enquiries, Cost comparison (optimal pricing)& finalised the Price with Higher Authorities Approval.3. Monitor Purchase price change impact with respect to previous purchase, Supplier-wise price comparison, Monitoring BME / LME Index etc.4. Preparing Purchase orders against approved Quotation & PRN, taking follow up with respective suppliers & adherence to the production plans, quality, service and on time delivery.5. Resolve quality & delivery issues with the suppliers within stipulated time to avoid production delay. (Respective supplier NCs should be closed with CAPA within stipulated time)6. Raise Deviation Note for procuring material non-conforming material specs. & get approval from Design / sales / customer to use deviated material.7.Resolve Invoice and challan related issues on or before 48 hrs. From the receipt of materials.8. Work on reducing process Cycle Time as well as in-coming material handling, subcontracted material handling at suppliers end.9. Understand Product Drawings, Material Specifications and be aware of Manufacturing Processes.10. Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant Domestic / import activities and support in relation to the organizations sales, design, purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions. (Coordination with PPC, Import-export, Store, A/cs & Sales Dept.)11.
