Job Description

    Position: Site LeadLocation: Airoli, Navi MumbaiPosition Overview:We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Site Lead to join our team. The Site Lead should have working knowledge on any 2 of the listed Technologies VPN, Proxy, Firewall, End Point Security. Should be able to collaborate well with the Team.Key Responsibilities:1. Keep a Tab on the changes happening in the domain and ensure there end to end implementation and tracking.2. Security Policy Enforcement: Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate emerging threats and vulnerabilities.3. Incident Response and Resolution: Oversee the response to Security incidents and breaches. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.4. Performance Optimization: Coordinate activity to optimize firewall configurations and settings to enhance performance and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.5. Team Leader and Mentor: Collaborate with cross-functional. teams, including IT, network operations, and security, to ensure alignment and integration of systems with overall business objectives.6. Documentation and Reporting: Generate regular reports on performance, security incidents, and compliance status. Present findings, recommendations, and action plans to management and stakeholders as needed.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or any related field. Industry Experience of 10 years. Should have an overview on either of the Firewall platforms supported and vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco ASA, Check Point, Fortinet, etc. Understanding of network security principles, protocols, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP or equivalent are good to have. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs,
