Job Description

    Tasks & responsibilities may be carved out of the following:
    1. General Accounting: Accounting for Payables, Receivables and General Ledger; Making accruals and controlling the amortization of prepaid amounts; Full ownership for assigned Balance sheet accounts
    2. Fixed Assets Accounting: Account for Fixed Assets in the right manner giving due consideration to Depreciation etc.
    3. Taxes: Responsibilities include periodic deposit of Taxes and filing of TDS and other returns, but also other compliance related tasks such as in respect of foreign payments; Goods and Services Tax
    4. Treasury & Bank: Ensure smooth operations, coordinate cross country payments, responsibility for liaising with banks
    5. Liaison officer: Responsible for day to day liaising with banks for various issues, with Auditors for audit queries and with other external parties for financial aspects
    6. Assist the Manager - Accounts in various responsibilities
    7. Administration: The position is also responsible for a number of administrative aspects such as record keeping etc.
    8. Preparation of Financial statements and month close activities
    Senior Executive - AccountsThis position is created for taking on tasks of varying nature from time to time in the Corporate Finance department - Synergia. This could include any of the following areas:General AccountingFixed assetsTreasury & bankingCompliance in the Direct and Indirect taxes area, specially Withholding taxes and GSTLiaising with external parties such as Auditors, Banks & ConsultantsActing as the go-to person for Line of BusinessAdministrative aspects in Corporate FinanceThe job content can be adjusted or enhanced to meet the competences of the employee and is bound to evolve in the coming years to meet the needs of a growing organization
