Job Description

    1. Sr Accounts Executive:
    2. Total Openings: 2
    3. Working & Analysis of Tally data, Bank Statement & Other documents of clients for preparation.
    4. Form 3- CA Certificate for each real estate project.
    5. Form 5 RERA Audit for each real estate project. Demand letters for customers of the builder.
    6. Invoice and other documents as and when required. End to End Coordination with clients regarding the procurement of data, query, resolution, follow-up, and payments.
    7. Handling internal & external accounts of various clients.
    8. Tracking of receipts and payments of various debtors and creditors. Maintaining and filing of the sales invoice, purchases invoice, and client files. GST Filing, Conditioning of statuary compliances as per State regulations. Account Executive Requirements:
    9. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role will be added advantage. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
    10. The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
    11. Excellent math skills with an attention to detail. Working Days, Hours, and Remuneration: Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 6 days working. Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Remuneration: 2,00,000 3,60,000 CTC p.a. Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
