Job Description

    Position Title Sr. Associate Digital InfraRole: Managing Antivirus, Email System, DLP, Vendor Management, Compliance related activitiesReporting To Manager - Digital Infra & GovernanceLocation:CPC Seawoods / BelapurExperience: Minimum 3 Years. Key Responsibilities Manage Antivirus for endpoints (Desktops/Laptops) and Antivirus Infrastructure Manage Trend Micro Deep Security Antivirus for servers (Windows and Linux) Email Solution, email gateway and email archival compliance system DMARC for brand reputation and domain-spoof control Operation, Compliance, Vendor management in areas for Data Loss Prevention/Antivirus/Data Classification Tool & Email Solution Closure of Vulnerabilities/PT reported by Information Security Department Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement solutions Preserve assets, information security and control structures Vendor Management for System Integrators Monitoring uptime, performance & utilization of all Antivirus, DLP & Email Infrastructure Coordinating with technical team members of Vendors & Business Partners during initial establishment of any project. Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures. Execution of NDA & SLA, coordinating with our `Vendor Management team for reconciliation of terms & conditions, if required. Issuance of Purchase Order and follow-up with their `delivery team Performing periodic review of Vendor services (Facility Management) against agreed SLA terms, calculating penalty up on breach of SLA Reviewing SLA / NDA Tracker and communication with IT Infrastructure team for pending actionable. 1st Level of escalated IT Support for resolution of reported issues(Email/Antivirus/DLP) User access review and SOP review Handling ORMS (Risk Management) portal and closing of observation raised. Generating FAR, taking follow-up with IST & Firewall Team for implementation Timely processing vendor invoicePerson ProfileEngineering Graduate/Diploma and any graduate in Computer Stream Engineering Graduate/Diploma minimum 2years experience Graduation from other streams minimum 3years experience Preference would be given to candidates with experience fulfilling SBI Life environment. Key Interactions1. EVP and Head - Digital Infra & Governance 2. Team Leader of different teams of IT and other dept. 3. Key Persons at SBI Life Offices & Branches.
