Job Description

    • Updating and Adhering Recruitment Policy/ Referral Policy & Rules
    • Clear understanding of CTC structure, Grade, Designation, etc.
    • Designing and updating the Due Diligence process
    • Searching and empanelling good hiring consultants
    • To enhance the sourcing agencies like web Ports, Media, Print, etc.
    • Identifying future and as well current hiring needs
    • Preparing JDs for all employees
    • Position approval procedure to be followed
    • Preparation and regular updating of Induction Manual
    • Updating recruitment tracker on daily basis
    • Doing analytical study of generated data
    • Doing ratio analysis of recruitment process
    • Updating Dashboard on daily basis
    • Maintaining all e-data base and documents.
    • Learning, operating and maintaining Recruitment HRMIS/ERP system
    • To create company a Brand in market
    • To attend, the Job Fair/Conference/Seminar for market updates, new learnings, Company Banding and to increase networking
    • To self- enrol for courses for skill development, as identified for you.
    • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
    • Finalizing the Job Description / Priority / cost of hire.
    • Obtaining approval for the hiring position
    • Sourcing candidates through database/ports/media/etc.
    • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
    • Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
    • Forming the Interview Panel
    • Executing Due Diligence process
    • Organising the Interviews, check cultural fit, CTC negotiation, selection
    • Seeking respective approvals
    • On boarding
    • Induction
