Job Description

    Provide proactive consultation to Building materials, cement and admixture customers in the areas of product performance, mix optimizations, best practices, technical information research, troubleshooting, and technical training1. Perform as liaison between sales and production on plant quality teams.2. Budgeting across all the Zones3. Building Loyalty programs for the influencers4. Strategic Development and Demand Generation though technical inputs5. People and Performance Management6. Product promotion and Brand Equity Development by organizing events around technical aspects of the product7. Complying with the statutory norms8. Proactively participate in promotion efforts relating to building materials, Gypsum and admixture products.9. Proactive involvement in technical organizations such as the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), IIT, NTH and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) as well as various ready-mix concrete organizations with emphasis at the local or regional level. 10. Handle full range of technical sales support questions (products, process, or industry).11. Managing and resolving customer complaints12. Collaborate with product, engineering and other technical stakeholders on delivery of key solutions for the customer.13. Deliver training to individuals or groups of customers and/or employees.Should be expertise in below mentioned details-1. Technical knowledge of building materials2. Technical aspects of customers products, systems, and applications3. Cement products application technology4. Admixture products application technology5. Industry standards and codes6. Interpersonal skills including conflict resolution7. Project management8. Strong oral and written communication skills
