    • Handling a team of CSMs Bancassurance Managers, Senior Bancassurance Managers.
    • To achieve the organization goal for the assigned branch(s)/geography in terms of revenue and
    • To maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in that Branch/geography.
    • Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue.
    • Handling day to day activities of channel management, team management and sales management.
    • Interact regularly with the channel partners at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.
