Job Description

One of our client which is into Mfg. of Industrial Gas (Ammonia) is looking for :Unit Head (Branch Manager)JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Overall general management of unit
  • Manage and optimizes the overall operations of production facilities
  • Manage Sales Logistics and Purchase Supply Chain
  • Sets policies and makes decisions guiding productivity
  • Establish systems to analyze productivity and set performance targets that will meet revenue and costs goals.
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-functions within a broad department
  • Develops budget/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure of the company
  • Deep knowledge of overall departmental functions
  • Negotiate with vendors & suppliers.
  • Monitors Sales& receivables as per unit business plan.
  • Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit.
  • Manage the Supply Chain for the plant and bulk customers.
  • Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization.
  • Create new marketing strategies and monitor quality measures.
  • Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth.
  • Create healthy working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
  • Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
  • Directs plant level support functions including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance etc. to ensure alignment with overall plant operations
  • Work on requirements provided by management whenever required.
  • Motivate work force and employees and set up KPIs for the team
REQUIREMENT
  • Minimum Bachelors degree required
  • Candidate should have minimum 8 years relevant experience. Candidates from Industrial gas industry will be preferred.
  • Good communications& presentation skills both Verbal and written
  • Production experience can be valued
  • Location would be Roha MIDC
