Responsibilities:o Delivering agile capability services to meet needs such as development of foundational skills via training and topic specific workshops, embedded coaching, spot coaching, team start up etc.o Partner and negotiate (whenever needed) with stakeholders at Delivery Teams and Program Teams levels to achieve the identified Agile maturity goals and objectiveso Understanding the local context of the team and organization to ensure the healthy application of agile practices and providing assistance to teams and programso Support staffing of Scrum Masters on engagements based on the needs of the team/program/organization and the level of skills required.o A neutral process holder who guides groups through processes that help them come to solutions and make decisions.o Mentor for Scrum Masters to enable them for engagements with teamso Assess teams and ongoing Agile processes to derive coaching actions towards increasing maturity levelso Derive actions from metrics to support Agile teams to achieve higher levels of maturityo Proficiency in engaging an organization by skilfully applying foundational professional coaching skills, a strong coaching presence and an awareness of systems coaching - partnering with Delivery Managers and Leadso Active involvement in Agile Communities of Practice (CoP) within the organization and helping to increase organizational business agility through, trainings, experience sharing, organizational activitieso Supporting ongoing Agile programs within the org by accomplishing tasks from the initiative backlogo Actively share knowledge, skills, and perspectives within the teamso Coordinate with Enterprise Agile coaching team across sites to understand progress, determine issues and ensure collaborated learning Certificationso Certifications as Scrum Master, Product Ownero Certification in Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Spotify etc.) Experienceo Minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching at the team levelo Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the roles on a Scrum Team.o Experience in setting up agility at Delivery Team level and able to mentor and advise multiple Delivery Teams within the organizationo Coached in at least 2 or more organizations, departments, or programs.o Diversity of coaching experiences that can be demonstrated using different engagement examples, and which include experience working with team and program levels Skills/Knowledgeo Excellent communication and facilitation skillso Ability to partner and negotiate (whenever needed) with stakeholders at Delivery Teams and Program Teams levelso High emphasis on self-driven continuous learningo Knowledgeable on new practices and coaching techniqueso Ability to implement and support enterprise agile frameworks at Delivery & Program tierso Competence in agile practices such as TDD, BDD, pair programming, automationo Ability to work with remote/distributed teams and teams with varying level of agile maturityo o Active content presenter or volunteer in the Agile communityo o Active in writing books, articles, white papers on topics related to Agile,
