Job Description

    We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our product engineering team. You will be responsible for developingthe browser-based client-side components of solutions within the Indegene product portfolio.You will work collaboratively with the designers and usability experts to ensure a great user experience. You will be usingvarious client-side technologies to develop these components, and as part of the engineering team, you will collaborate on therequirements to ensure that the front-end components can be properly integrated with the server-side components developed byyour team mates.Work with product development team to plan front-end components based on business requirements, usability requirements, andtechnical requirements.Collaborate with designers and usability experts to ensure a great client-side user experienceHands-on coding / development as required as part of the core engineering team.Follow the agile development methodology implemented in the engineering team.Actively participate in testing and support / maintenance activities.Participate in code peer review processes and quality improvement initiatives within the engineering team.3 to 5 years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency with Angular jsStrong proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Good experience or exposure to usability best practices for browser-based web applicationsBasic understanding of what is involved in integrating client-side components with server side components in a web-application contextAngular experience highly recommendedProficient in code versioning tools such as Git and SVNAbility to write quality code that is reusable, testable, and efficientExperience in following an agile development process
