Currently in a phase of expanding company into different Verticals & looking for passionate Seasoned Sales & Business professionals to join leadership team.Position: AVP - Alliances & Partnerships - Micro FinanceLocation: Mumbai & NoidaExperience: 10 To 15 yrsBudget: 20 to 30 L.p.a + VariablesJob Overview:The primary responsibility is to identify partnerships with micro finance institutions and integrate our tech enabled insurance aggregation platform.Responsibilities and Duties:- Responsible to build the Micro Finance vertical from scratch- Responsible to build the overall business strategy of the vertical keeping the broad company objective in mind and execute it thoroughly- Identify the technological and operational gaps in the MFI space with regard to Insurance & Protection- Work closely with the Product team to customize the Insurance aggregation platform specifically for the MFI vertical. Build what sells.- Work closely with the Insurance team to create bespoke insurance products targeted towards the MFI sector- Foster and develop relationships with MFIs.- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business potential of the verticalQualifications & Requirements:- MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges would be preferred- At least 10 years of experience in the microfinance space. - Strong Business Development & consultative selling skills- Hustling capabilities and should be able to handle ambiguities,
