Job Description

AVP - F&A (Mouth Freshener Division)Location: DS-HQ, Sector 67, NoidaExperience: Job Title: AVP- F&A (MFD)Experience:

  • Minimum 20-25 years post qualification experience
  • Ideally someone with experience both in manufacturing plant and corporate setup
  • Should have worked in brands of repute
  • Preferably should have exposure to SAP
  • High Energy candidate with good communication skills, who has the potential to take up higher responsibility
Primary Objectives of Position: To monitor & supervise all the functions related to Finance & Accounts of Mouth Freshener Business
  1. Direct the accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with statutory, company and business requirements
  2. Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing of books of accounts
  3. Review of monthly accounts, trial balances and consolidation of annual accounts
  4. Implement/update Ind AS, IFC, IC, COA, DOA, GRC, Authority Matrix , automation and digital drive
  5. KPI monitoring and presentation of deck
  6. Risk assessment and control mechanism
  7. Ensure timely completion of audits and implementation of action plan
  8. Preparation of budgets, budgetary controls, periodic reviews and highlights deviation. Provide strong, forward looking analytical leadership
  9. Demonstrate proven ability in developing models, trends, analysis which aids decision making and business strategies
  10. Oversee monthly variance, price difference, cost overrun, Capex, assets accounting
  11. Monitor cash flow / enough liquidity in business, take steps in timely manner
  12. Create tax strategies to optimize tax, ensure various compliances and timely returns
  13. Maintain effective MIS which aids management control and decision making
  14. Timely preparation and submission of MIS to reporting Authority
  15. Any other related task assigned by reporting authority
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Preparation & submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Balance Sheets and P&L Account and statement of affairs to the management for approval & publication
    2. Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring for all internal financial controls including budgetary controls of allocated business
  2. Should have handled full cycle of accounting, taxation, audit, MIS & reporting
  3. Preparation of F&A MIS with Analysis
  4. Adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory compliance
