While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.The Job is part of software sales team under GSS organization which is part of CX organization. What you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will:

  • Up-sell HVF & SW release upgrades to customer for GSM/WCDMA/SRAN/LTE/5G
  • Identification of opportunities with analysis of NW KPIs
  • Selling of Capacity, Power savings & Coverage enhancing features
  • Participate in SWX workshops & Business Analysis
Your skills and experienceYou have:
  • 7+ years of experience in NW planning & KPIs for Radio technologies
  • Good understanding of Business Analysis & Radio SW features
  • Good understanding of proactive Up-selling
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Understanding of OSS (NW management & SON)
  • Understanding of NW planning & optimization
