The role will be responsible for:
Implementing a management framework for standard royalty metrics / KPIs
Analysing documentation, data, and metrics to identify risk, performance and quality issues, and significant variances and trends
Participating in department-wide working group calls on risk or quality
Managing various sources of data in order to produce reports for senior management.
Creating documentation of all the reports for smoothen operations and easy report maintenance
Understand Management problems and create standard operating procedures document
The role will report within the Global Rights Royalties Program Management Office and be based in Noida.

Initial sharp learning curve to gain a comfort level with Rights Royalties jargon, procedures complexities

Working with a number of stakeholders: externally, internally and internationally

Working Pattern / Hours
May be required to work UK or US hours, for better overlap with Development teams Royalties Change, Comms Training Lead.
Remote work is generally acceptable, but it is expected that when needed, individual will be easily able to work out of a central Pearson location.
Skills/Experience:
4-7 years of PMO experience in a financial or transactional working environment.
Adept at working at pace and under pressure, and in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to absorb large amounts of complex information and simplify communication depending on audience (Business / Technology / Leadership)
Ability to work in a team
Technical proficiencies in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and SharePoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Proven analytical experience with developing, analyzing, reporting information
Keen attention to detail
Should have experience in V-lookup, Macros and pivots
