Job Description

    The ServiceNow SAM and HAM Architect is responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the end-to-end Asset Management lifecycle. Candidate with overall 10 years of experience which includes around 5 years of ServiceNow experien ce preferred. Role Responsibilities: # Strong working knowledge on ServiceNow IT Asset management and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) # Knowledge on HAM Pro will be add on # Must have Working knowledge on CMDB # Experience in implementing Hardwar e Asset Management Activities # o Discover Hardware CIs using discovery, SCCM or any other discovery source o Import Hardware Asset data from different sources o Create and Manage hardware models o Working with Model Categories o Map CI and Asset fi elds o Manage Stockroom details in Servicenow o Working with Procurement and Contract management module o Create workflows and catalog items to support different Hardware Asset Management request o Create reports # Experience in implementing Softwar e Asset Management Activities # o Discover installed software details from discovery, sccm or any other discovery source o Import software entitlement from different sources JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Ability to design and develop BI dashboards and repo rts by connecting to varied data sources # Work closely with business stakeholder, data analysts and data engineering team to perform data transformation # Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve data issues # Ability to organize an d lead meetings with business and operational data owners # Ability to make right visual choices, build & use of data blending features # Experience in working with gateways # Ability to optimize performance of the reports SPECIALIZATION ServiceNow a llows employees to work the way they want to, and customers can get what they need, when they need it.
