Job Description

Client Acquisition/ Insider Sales (Assistant Manager/ Executive)Preferred: Female Candidates OnlyWe are looking to find a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Development Department.As theInsider Sales (Asst Manager/ executive) your main responsibility will be to identify and generate sales opportunities and own the entire sales process (initiation to closure).This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company in theB2BspaceCore Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process form lead generation to sales closure.
  • Orchestrate targeted email /call campaigns to reach key decision-makers.
  • Generate Leads from Outbound activities, like tele calling e-mailing and also wok on assigned leads form the company.
  • Identifying opportunities by speaking to prospects, understanding their requirements, educating them on our Offerings leading to closures.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targetsfor leads generated, opportunities created and closuresdone along with
  • Pipeline management and analysis to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Flexible to attend client meetings directly, if required.
Key Requirements
  • Up to 1-4 years experience in an Inside Sales or pre-sales environment.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) and a high ability to be able to fix appointment with customer.
  • Familiarity with social networkingand lead generation tools.
  • Must be Proactive and aggressive.
  • Understand all phases of the sales cycle and support accordingly
  • Constant communication with prospects in written and verbal presentations
  • Strong team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Confident in calling and speaking to customers over the phone
  • Update and maintain CRM and data sheets to the highest accuracy
