Job Description

    This position exists to study, plan and drive end-to-end solutioning for Systems designed with the objective of making cost effective solutions and meeting daily / monthly KPI targets and for driving continuous improvement in optimizing the solutions to ensure cost effective design and profitability.A controls design engineer is responsible for developing proposals for control systems that meet specific customer requirements. They work with customers or Internal Stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a technical proposal that outlines the control system design, hardware and software requirements, project timeline, and cost estimates.Technical Skills RequiredStrong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale automation projects from design to implementation.Expertise in automation technologies such as conveyor systems, robotics, and automated storage and retrieval systems.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory. management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to warehouse automation.Experience with AUTOCAD/BRICSCAD software ,TIA Software and other design tools.Behavioral Skills RequiredPlanning & OrganizingProblem SolvingAttention to DetailStakeholder ManagementNegotiation SkillsEducation Qualification : B.Tech Electronics/ Instrumentation or a related fieldYears of Experience : 4-6 years of experience,
