  • attending online queries through websites and developing sales leads.
  • attending ivr calls and providing information required.
  • develop good open communication and rapport with all clients.
  • client handling, maintain records (vendor support and management)
  • targeting new markets and increase sales through proactive sale and negotiation techniques.
  • taking inbound and outbound call to educate the customer about the company`s product.facilitatedin increasing the sales over a given time
  • engaging with the management team tostrategicsand define goals for the sales representatives.
  • team handling, if required.
  • responds to customer inquiries for information.
