This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation. Job Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Requirement is resources with L2 Level knowledge in IMS ( Nokia IMS node, CFX, NTAS, SBC, MRF)
  • Level-2 level Trouble ticket/CR handling within SLA/OLA
  • Customer Issue handling and troubleshooting based on traces (tcpdump)
  • MOP preparation for the activities and new learnings against Care recommendation and Emergency
  • Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / system
  • Emergency Handling and chronology preparation post incident
  • Coordinating with care team for handling resolved cases
  • Interfacing with other Technical Teams like Cloud/VNF Care
  • Troubleshooting and Configuration management for multi-vendor node like Ericsson/Nokia IMS
  • knowledge about Nokia Core product like CFX/SBC/NTAS/MRF/cloud.
  • Understanding E2E customer requirement and works towards achieving 100% output with good quality
  • Guiding team members to execute complex & critical configuration changes.
  • Undertaking technical and On-Job training for fellow team members as per requirement.
  • Responsible for preparation & implementation of shift roster for team.
  • Tracking of issues related to tools and timely escalation as per pre-defined matrix
  • Attending governance call with region and internal teams. Also responsible for analyzing and implementation of feedbacks from customers.
