Lido Learning is an online platform which offers live tutoring and personalized online coaching sessions to students from class 5-9 in Math and Sciences from both CBSE and ICSE boards.It is an inside sales profile, apply only and if only you are comfortable with Sales.Company: Lido Learning Designation: Business Development Executive Salary Package: 5.6 LPA- 10 LPA (3.5 to 7 LPA fixed plus 3 LPA variable) Job timing: 11 am till 9 pm off: 6 days work in a week (Off only on Tuesday) Job Location: Noida Sector 2 (UP), Bangalore Bannerghatta Main Road Age: The candidate should not be more than 30 years (Unmarried)Educational qualification:The candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate till 2020 or beforeEligibility:

  • The candidate must have excellent command over English and Hindi Language
  • The candidate must be smart and must have great enthusiasm for sales
  • Smart and good personality
  • Good convincing ability
  • Excellent communication and pitching skills
  • A clear understanding of the sales process for selling educational courses
  • The candidate must have their own laptop

Experience:
  1. Graduate and post-graduate fresher with good sales and convincing skills are eligible (Package 5.6 LPA) 3LPA fixed and 3 LPA variable
  2. Experienced people in Ed-Tech (1-6 Years) will get an increment on last drawn 10LPA (7 LPA fixed plus 3 LPA Variable)
  3. The job role is an individual role, no Team leader, Team manager profile available. Apply only if you are comfortable with individual sales role only
Job Role:
  • To counsel students and parents across nations through consultative sales models via telesales.
  • Booking personal appointments to convert leads into admission with the highest conversion ratio
  • Make aggressive sales to continuously increase revenue.
  • Daily connecting with prospect leads over call
  • Effectively manage sales process by qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, product selling, convincing and closing sales
