Job Description

    Job Title: Manager - Human Resources Reporting to: Operation Head Team Sizes: 3-4 (Essential function and responsibilities)- Comply and support payroll processing, audit procedures & Compliance. - Comply and support payroll processing, audit procedures & Compliance.- Understanding of employment labour law- Design and formulate HR policies and processes in consultation with HR leadership.- Talent Acquisition based on job specification and complete on-boarding process within set TAT.- Excellent transparent communication style- Excellent computer skills especially with MS-Office (Excel, PPT)- Talent Management with innovative engagement strategies to focus on reducing attrition through effective employee engagement.- Will be the single point of contact for employees and managers for people related dimensions.- Assist HR leadership to ensure effective roll-out of all organization wide HR initiatives.- Using the inference from the data/trend to develop HR initiatives. Participate in HR reviews and share best practice at a Business Unit level.- Create Job Descriptions and goals of employees in consultation with respective functional Leaders/Managers.- Champion various HR process interventions in Performance Effectiveness Program (QPEP), Rewards and Recognition and Employee Development/Engagement initiatives.- Responsible for probation assessment and confirmation process as per the set criteria.- Identify the training needs of the employees during the periodic/annual review and survey. Based on needs identified, prepare the Training calendar for quarter/year and ensure execution as per the timeline.- Identify the training resources/agencies to train the employees in the core functions.- Ensure completion of exit formalities including clearances, exit Interview and F & F settlements within the set TAT.- Monthly attrition analysis to track and address undesirable attrition.Essential Attribute:- People Management skills- Coaching, Listening, Analytical skills- Good number orientation- Strong functional skills in HR area of expertise, ability to resolve conflicts and build teamsWork Experience: 3 6 years(Mandatory) - Required to work in Rotational Shift depending on business needs.- Team handling experience- Prior work experience in BPO Hiring.- Comply and support payroll processing, audit procedures & Compliance. - Comply and support payroll processing, audit procedures & Compliance.- Understanding of employment labour law.
