Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Develop a product vision that solves problems for customers while meeting the needs of the business
    • Evangelize the product vision to the engineering team, business stakeholders and the executive team
    • Own the product roadmap and prioritizations, ensuring short-term needs are balanced with the strategic vision
    • Drive adoption, and track and report the relevant metrics
    • Perform ROI analysis
    • Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Unblock teams from bottlenecks
    • Create the necessary artifacts (Backlogs, BRDs, PRDs, Flow Diagrams, Wireframes etc.)
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 3+ years in product management with experience building platforms and marketplaces
    • Experience with agile development, scoping, estimation, UX, UI, project management and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience defining user requirements, Ideating-building-launching products, driving adoption, defining, and measuring metrics that matter, running A/B tests
    • Strong skills in data analytics and data-driven decision making
    • Comfort with technology paradigms such as Frontend, Backend, SDKs, APIs, Databases, SQL, Cloud, Microservices, Design Patterns, DevOps
    • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, Firebase, Mix panel, Hotjar, Tableau
