Job Description

    Marketing & HR Operations ProfileSPJ Group is established in 1962 and we are looking forward for passionate candidates who will work with us for our new projects, and new products for FMCG segment , who will be responsible for the marketing & HR Operations Task, Handling Sales team day to day working and operations in the fieldJob Description
    • Should keep the team motivated
    • Educating Retailers, Distributors on the product
    • Hiring and managing Sales team
    • Ensure smooth operations of Marketing office and responsible for the activities taken there
    • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and processes.
    • Should drive the operations team and handle day to day operational activities, along with that should create reports as instructed by the management
    • Should work along with the Marketing & Sales Team and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Set up event stall, canopy, placements of the standee, etc.
    • Responsibilities of handling marketing materials and visibility of products
    • Motivate sales team to open new counters in the market to achieve targets
    • Coordinating with the team and work for distribution network also
    • Should have good knowledge of Vendor Management.
    Requirement
    • Graduation: Any specialization Post-Graduation Must have-PGDM/ MBA in Marketing & HR or Sales Management.
    • Working Experience - must have 5-8 years of experience of HR activities and handling the sales Team in a FMCG company, preferably in Detergent, & Soaps
    • Should be comfortable to travel in any city as per companys requirement
    • Salary will be based on your working experience.
