Job Description

The role requires ability to engage with Client directly and to work in a team with a greater level of independence and ownership.Mandatory Skills:

  1. EDI development (Not support) experience on any of tool like (Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, Tibco, Axway etc.)
  2. Well versed with EDI standards X12, EDIFACT, XML, IDOC, In-house/Custom
  3. Practical implementation of protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, VAN, X400 etc.
Good to have Skills:Unix knowledge on Unix along with a good scripting (shell or bash ) skillsLinux knowledge of Linux commands.SQL- knowledge of SQL and Database concepts.Basic networking concepts. EDI knowledge is an added plusShould have some programming background (Any language) . Knowledge of APIs are added plus.Candidates having working Knowledge on the Axway products such as B2Bi, Gateway InterchangeEDI implementation in Supply chain domain is desirable.Soft Skills/Others:Strong communication and client interfacing skills.Should be able to coordinate with Multiple Onshore and Offshore teams during day to day activities and maintenances.Willing to work in shifts (Can be APAC, U.K, U.S Shift)Flexible to work with and good team player.Strong ability to map customer requirements to a solution approachExcellent customer service skills, both verbal and written knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes experienceStrong analytical skills and incisive thinking abilityExcellent in Client Interfacing and customer co-ordination SkillsAutonomous with one programming language/scripting , The role requires ability to engage with Client directly and to work in a team with a greater level of independence and ownership.Mandatory Skills:
