Job Description

Required Operations Executive for Freight Forwarding company in Gurgaon.Candidate should have 1-2 yrs of experience in Freight Forwarding Co. We also looking for candidates who are having exposure of both Import & Export. Candidates who have managed the documentation mainly sea import and exportJob Profile For Import :-

  1. Manifest filing to shipping line via Odex
  2. Nomination of CFS at Odex or to the shipping line
  3. Interaction with shipping line via call or email
  4. Interaction with Customer Support team/Overseas Agent for correction Bill of Lading
  5. Knowledge of requesting for Invoice & Delivery Order to shipping line
  6. Interaction with consignee for Invoice & Delivery Order
  7. DSR for movement of cargo & sending CAN to consignee
Job profile for Export :-
  1. Interaction with shipping line/co-loader for booking
  2. Know Container booking at Shipping line website or other website of service provider
  3. Submission of shipping Instruction to shipping line
  4. Submission of VGM at Odex
  5. Submission of e-SB at MMD3 or Odex
  6. Creation HBL
  7. Interaction with shipping line for MBL copy or other related documents
  8. Maintaining DSR of all shipment
