Manage and influence the functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices Develop high-level solution design by decomposing the requirements into the Solution components, components actions, external and internal interfaces etc. Act as key bridge between customers, delivery team and support. Own overall delivery and drive & mentor delivery team technically to ensure deliverables meet business requirements (Scope, Time, and Quality) Participate and provide transparency in planning, implementation, status, risks, etc. Provide deep functional and technical expertise, share best practices, prepare implementation plans Ensures technical integrity, consistency, and quality of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle Solves highly complex technical problems and develops innovative solutions with impact on the business Anticipates internal and external business challenges based on working experience and drives independently improvements that create competitive advantage Manage internal and external (IT & Business) stakeholders Align technical/solution architecture with overall Enterprise architecture Update yourself with latest technologies which are used and apply new ones wherever applicable Your Skills And Experience As part of this service, the following activities should be done as per the expectations for the AI-ML projects
• Feasibility of tools for AI data engineering
• Designing of AI data engineering solution for a given usecase
• Development of software code using big data analytics frameworks (PySpark, Kafka or similar, Elastic, Kibana, Hadoop based)
• Designing using standard data modelling structures with proper database design
• Should be able to perform fine-tuning & configuration of tools for optimized performance
• Software code should be developed as per the project requirements, e.g. Scala, Java or Python, but not limited to it
• Deployment activities should be done on Kubernetes platforms
• Should be able to develop/modify CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
• Should be able to test the application using testing best practices.
• Should be able to write unit, integration test cases and execute them as part of testing activities
• Should be able to failure analysis, triaging & RCA and production support
• Team player with excellent communication skills to work in a multi-national, cross-domain, cross-functional teams, and capable of completing tasks independently
• Should have experience in Agile software development practices
• Strong knowledge on Object Oriented Programming concepts
• Should be flexible to learn new technologies to deliver as per the usecase requirements
• Development to be in line with Nokia s System Engineering and architecture guidelines.
• On time delivery with minimal review comments, minimal defects by following Nokia s standards

Qualifications
• BTech or BE in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• 5-6 years of significant experience in the field of Data Engineering
