Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Distribution Strategy
    • Champion the right Route to Market Strategies - to effectively and efficiently reach the targeted distributions depth and breadth
    • Increasing sales and profitability of the brand by exploring new business opportunities as well as cultivating existing distribution points
    • Define success matrix and measured KPIs for each channel with define tracking of channel performance
    • Collaborate working with Customer Marketing to build commercial plans by channel and specific customers executions
    • Managing full operational trade cycle from business initiation to execution
    • Review distributor financial health (pipeline and outstanding)
    • Analytics
    • Support key stakeholders with analysis & market intelligence to create strong long and short term sales strategies
    • Work closely with Demand Planner to ensure sales forecasting accuracy
    • Trade Spend Management
    • Responsible to monitor overall Trade Spend (Gross to Net %) are within budget, implement process and action plan to monitor spending by account group
    • Devising Demand Forecasting with the current market analysis and Sales Planning to successfully achieve the targets Setting plans for margins
    • Team Management
    • Leading team to widen & deepen the distribution network and achieve periodical sales targets
