    2. Position: Recruitment Development Manager
    3. Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
    4. Experience: 0-3years in any sales
    5. Candidate tenure with an organization should be at least 8 months and His /Her rating/incentives/performance should be consistent.

    7. Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid license & Local residence

Working Days: 6 Days Roles & Responsibilities for Agency Channel Recruitment and development of quality advisors Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on products, regulations, and other selling input Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors Motivating advisors to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and providing needs-based training. Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings. Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets. Doing analysis is the need of the customer and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight. Carrying out various promotional activities forsales as well as for recruitment. Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets
