In this role, you will be responsible for: Providng L2 Support that will include Coding & testing, application support. - Should have strong analytical , requirement understanding and coding skills. Requirements for this role include: - Knowledge of ITIL processes, ensuring the tickets/incidients closure within defined SLAs . Strong analytical / problem solving skills. Ability to identify and evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. Exceptional influencing and communication skills. Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and requirement to IT technical solutions. Excellent client service attitude and leadership capabilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Experienced developer using COBOL on a LINUX platform, JCL, and CICS On Call support Insurance product knowledge Life products (UL, Term, Whole Life) Annuities Group Insurance Products Preferences: - Optional (nice-to-have s) - Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client. - US Life insurance domain knowledge. LOMA certified. Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
