    • Handling operational support for Big Data related production operations.
    • Understanding and troubleshooting production issues on On-Prem ecosystem or any cloud environment for services
    • Analyzing and fixing production issues related to databases/ETL/DWH and Advanced SQL
    • Must have knowledge of Scala programming to Look into issues related to file read/write, transformations, file movement from one location to another.
    • The portfolio of services covers Hive SQL, EMR (Hadoop), DynamoDB (NoSQL), MangoDB, and Apache Cassandra
    • Performing Job execution, load monitoring and validations to support daily operations.
    • Providing resolutions to Incidents, Break fixes and service requests on timely manner as per guidelines shared as SOPs.
    • Maintaining Quality standards
    • Maintaining documentations/knowledge base in tools like MS Excel/Word, capture findings & prepare reports / RCA
    • Coordinating with different downstream and upstream teams on day-to-day basis. Managing clean hand-offs across shifts and across teams, as required.
    • Ensuring that all agreed SLAs are met on time and raising concerns in case of any risks to the immediate point of contact.
    • Participating in daily stand-up meetings and provide innovative ideas and suggestions during the team discussions.
