Job Description

    Position : Assistant Manager, Growth (1 Position) Roles & Responsibilities : - Working in the Revenue team, closely with the Senior Leadership- Leading Projects to help drive the revenue across geographies and channels- Owning marketplaces to help drive growth and revenue- Building budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC- Planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels- Driving profitability and building a robust understanding on levers for cost optimization- Understanding business metrics to make proactive decisions What we are looking for : - 1-4 years of experience working in a top tier consulting firm or in a fast-paced start-up environment (Preferably the marketing team)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Self-organized, structured/methodical, and go-getter attitude- Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills- Ready to work on new, previously untested initiatives and is not deterred by failure- Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment What are we offering - Excellent growth potential and organization culture- A chance to work in a fun cross-functional global environment- We are a fast-growing company, and this will be a great on-the-ground learning opportunity to strategize and implement solutions and create impact immediately- Competitive compensation + ESOPs,
