  • Respond to requests, queries and complaints from clients and employees in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance customer loyalty. (chat, email and calls)
  • Be a SPOC to the clients, attend client calls to discuss weekly, monthly and quarterly data analysis.
  • Perform Audits and presentations using excel knowledge.
  • Be the innovation champion for the process and team.
  • To build and nurture constructive relationships with the client and internal colleagues from other business areas and to contribute to the team efforts, team meeting etc.
  • Suggests ways in which systems and procedures can be improved to enhance the business.
  • Make sure the M&Ps up to date based on the feedbacks provided by the clients.
  • Responsible to track and manage the teams SLA.
  • Help TL manage escalations from the team including RCAs tracking, data collation and analysis.
Key experience
  • Graduate from any stream / Diploma Holder
  • PC Literacy - Word and Excel (Basic Level)
  • Experience required-0- 2 years
  • Track record of face to face, telephone and written contact with customers
