Job Description

    Billing Accounts ManagerSupervising booking various expense bills and MIRO on daily basis in TALLY ERP9&;IDS.Resolving all open invoice issues coordinating with Line Managers and/or Vendors.Taking Monthly Provision from Other Departments.Responsible for Vendor Clearing and GR/IR clearing at the end of every month.Preparing Vendor Ageing Report for timely payments after adjusting returns.Prepare and maintain Accrual reports and prepaid reports every month.Prepare and issue of Vendor cheques subject to fund availability.Processing all bank payments and updating books of Accounts in TALLY ERP9&;IDS software.Maintaining records of all payments and journal entries in Excel sheet.Responsible for month-end closing activity and booking of Provisions in TALLY&;IDS.Maintaining and updating various files on a continuous basis for future referenceSupervising PAN India Employee Expense claim reimbursement activities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary. 900,000.00 per yearBenefits: Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftExperience: Billing Accounts: 5 years (Required)Speak with the employer91 hidden_mobile,
