He/she is familiar with vehicles used by corporates in rural areas and also Fleet Management processes and ensures that these are being well managed and aligned at the local level across the divisions.He/she ensures the effective execution of the services as well as. continuous process improvement and effective change management.Furthermore he/she will act as the liaison between local legal entities the divisional and functional needs of the Fleet Management Operations.This job serves to add value to the business by managing the local FM Operations whilst respecting the implementation of local norms and laws as well as according to the specific local and divisional needs, with the overall goal ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES:Leadership & Collaboration Provides operational support to Fleet Management (FM) Country group team Accountable for the efficiency, quality and compliance of local operations execution Handle PAN India volume of 900 Tool for Trade Vehicles Ensure proper budget performance and alignment Drive implementation and improving effectiveness of global processImplementation Implement defined FM processes and provide input for continuous improvements Ensure compliance with global process designs and necessary adaptation to local norms and laws Formulate & implement SOPs for FM and employee transport Ensure sale, disposal & insurance management of tool for trade vehicles Ensure global flix data reporting of tool for trade vehicles every month Continuously monitor Vehicle market and relevant segment to identify and propose right vehicles for Tool for Trade Ensure employee transport coordination of plying buses with the vendors Centrally manage end to end process designed for HPCL Petro Cards Centrally manage end to end process designed for FasTags Regular coordination with CU admin teams on fleet related matters Ensure timely payment to suppliers in line with PR/PO processEfficiency & Optimization Manage and improve quality standards, manage daily service operations projects, responding to service demands and take appropriate action to resolve Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity by standardization and the use of best practices in service delivery based on global framework Optimizing coverage of compliance standards and risk mitigation initiativesWHO YOU ARE: Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration, Business, Procurement or Accounting. Professional experience of 10 years in handling Fleet related activities. Knowledge of IT system and collaboration tools. Cross-functional project experience would be an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills. Decision making and problem solving skills and ability to interface at senior level with third parties/ development partners. Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment.
