Job Description

This position requires you to manage client relationships for Shared IT Services at the Aditya Birla Group. The position is on the payroll of a third party service provider.This position requires to have a structured and constant engagement with assigned line of business, understand the clients expectations, convey to internal delivery team, track it till closure to the satisfaction of customer.The job also requires understanding technical complexities while engaging with customer and internal delivery teams. Identifying risks, its implications and defining mitigation or transfer plans is an integral part of this role. It also entails defining & managing SLA based relationships.Fluent Communication (written and Verbal), Efficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point Drive regular business engagement meetings with all the business along with internal IT teams. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external. stakeholders. Drive regular IT service survey programs among the senior business IT users Empathies with business and resolve the complaints and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
