Job Description

    We have been retained by a fast growing Pharma Company to hire a Manager / Senior Manager International Business Development for LATAM Countries. The details of of the position are mentioned below:
    • Company: Our client is a pharmaceutical company which is research based, extensively manufacturing and have the required commercial skills. Companys main aim is to enhance the quality of human life with its at par quality products. The company holds the ISO 9001:2000 Certification and WHO-cGMP. The company has a successful market in countries like Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Korea, Afghanistan, Southeast Asian and also in some African Countries . Companys main strength is in manufacturing and marketing tablets, capsules and ointments.
    • Designation: Manager / Senior Manager - International Business Development
    • Job Location: Panchkula (Near Chandigarh)
    • Markets to be covered: LATAM countries.
    1. Responsible to develop new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, Market development, identify and appointment new distributors in LATAM region of countries like Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador and central America Guatemala. Also, to Develop plans and strategies how to enter into the market.
    2. Help in identification, selection & registration of new product in the mentioned territories.
    3. Coordinate internally with regulatory affair, supply chain and other departments.
    • Key Profile Requirements:
    1. Candidate must have pharmaceutical experience and have handled this region during his career
    2. Min. 6-8 years working experience in business development in mentioned region
    3. Preference given to candidate who had worked or working any of these countries Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador and Guatemala
    4. Good communication skills
    • Educational Qualification:
    1. Graduation: In any field
    2. Post-Graduation (optional): MBA
    • CTC: 12 - 16 Lakh Per Annum
