Job Description

    We are hiring for an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company.Location : Pan IndiaJob description:
    • Collect and examine the needs of the user.
    • Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements.
    • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the design.
    • Use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs.
    • Research and showcase knowledge about the industrys latest trends and technologies.
    • Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams
    Must requirements:
    • A bachelors degree and 7+ years of UI/UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
    • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
    • Experience designing apps based on material design and iOS Human Interface Design Guidelines.
    • Strong command of usability and design techniques such as, heuristic evaluation, paper prototyping, wire-framing, storyboarding, sitemap creation and card sorting.
    • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design, design thinking and visual design principles.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite XD, Illustrator and Photoshop.
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
    • Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
    Good to have:
    • Knowledge of UX techniques with a focus on user testing/usability test
    • Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3
    • UX/UI Design Certification
    • Having knowledge of pharma or life science domain will be an added advantage.
