Job Description

    State Head Specialty NutrientDEPARTMENT : Sales && Field MarketingJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manage sales growth in line with company objectives.2. Channel Management/Building: Will support for increasing sales of Specialty Nutrients and will also side by side build up a separate Channel Network for Specialty Nutrient Business3. Team Building/Management: Will coordinate with and train/motivate existing Sales team for increasing sales of Specialty Nutrients and will also recruit separate team for Specialty Nutrient business as per business demands4. State Profitability5. Credit Management6. Resource Management : Low inventory and expenses to sales ratio to be maintained7. To allocate the annual budgets within the team based on the market potential.8. To create market demand for key products9. To demonstrate effective leadership skills in handling the team members and retaining them intact forlonger periods.10. Liaison with Department of Agriculture and University Scientists.11. To have good market intelligence, trends and knowledge.12. To prepare the short and long term plans for the state.13.
