Agile Coach JD Coaches and facilitates teams and leadership in the correct application of Agile and Lean methods, techniques and metrics ensures business alignment and continuous improvement. Independently trains and coaches involved parties, ensuring understanding, adoption, and proper implementation of the proposed solution. Helps develop training plans, different types of intervention and learning materials, and uses metrics to ensure the impact can be measured. Customer-focused and is able to make the connection with internal customers (teams / clients) and to build and maintain sustainable relationships. Seen as a trusted advisor / team coach and therefore able to anticipate potential needs. Think along with the stakeholder and to understand its dilemmas, knows the business of the stakeholder and responds to his interests. Stays on top of trends and developments within their field and the market. Takes account of future market developments in the design and implementation of the assignment Technology focus understanding of DevOps Pipeline and Cloud based architecture.
