Job Description

Responsibilities include:

B2B/Institutional sales
Creating awareness amongst people about the brand and the product
Keep looking out in the market for new products and evaluating whether we are getting best deals from our vendor
Building relationships with existing clients
Getting new MT outlets onboard

Other expectations:

Work from office (location - Pune) profile, no work from home.
Experience in handling communication for brands
Deep understanding and experience of Growing Young Brands to scale (either within a larger organization or with a young one)
Good communication and sales skillset (dynamic personality, assertive approach, and convincing)
Good at relationship management
Presentable and smart with a cheerful disposition
Good mail drafting skills
Maturity to lead and motivate self
Full proficiency for English, working proficiency for Hindi
Able enough to perform the basic calculation of margins, schemes, and productivity
Contribute to generating revenue for the company
