Job Description

  1. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with prospective clients On call and personal visit to brief the solution
  • Customer visit to identify requirement and propose solution as per guidelines
  • Execute local marketing activities like leaflet distribution, participation in local events and exhibitions to generate leads
  • Gathering site information, measurement, hand sketches, value addition needs like flooring, false ceiling etc.
  • Cold calling with potential customers (Individual or Government departments like Tourism, Municipal corporations etc.) on database shared by Manage.
  • Maintaining complete database & reports on enquiry handling
  • Contacting qualified prospects / leads that have been generated through various marketing campaigns and converting these prospects/ leads into sales
  • Preparation of quotation as per customer requirement
  • Generation of insights through local interactions
  • Co-ordination with back-end team like Project Management, Design, Production team to convert leads
  • Site evaluation and checking construction possibility as per guidelines
  • Reporting on project progress during execution.
  • Achieve business goals defined for the territory
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and be able to provide solution to the consumer based on requirements
  • Be able to understand and appropriately record the consumer need and convey that to manufacturing/Design team
  • Converse intelligently with influencer/builder/Architect community on product advantages and variations and convey the entire spectrum of solutions
2.Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation engineering with 4+ years of work experience in Solution / services sales process, Lead generation, cold calling, drafting of proposals/quotes, Initial client interaction, warming up of leads, follow-ups and coordinate with technical team to close enquiries. BBA/MBA will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of computer usage, Microsoft word, excel & PPT.
  • Good Communication skills in English and Hindi (Both Written & Oral)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • The profile requires travelling within specified / allocated territory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in construction, civil building materials, Solutions / Services sales domain.
