Required Qualifications:Previous consulting experience in a leading consulting firm is preferredAt least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies in telecom industryBachelor s degree / Full time MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B Schools in India or foreign equivalent requiredUnderstanding of B2B marketing processes in telecomProject/program management of large and complex IT projects/programsManaging implementation of various BSS/OSS products and assist in areas including Wireless networks, Network as a Service, Omni Channel, Customer engagement and Payments, Billing, and Revenue AssuranceDigital technology areas like mobility, cloud, data analytics, insights, and reporting platforms like Power-BI, IOT, AI/ MLStrong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum), methodologies and tools Preferred Qualifications:Broad understanding in one or more of latest digital technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Digital transformation, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data technologies, Data Analytics, IoT etc.)Strong experience in the enterprise and small business sector of the telco marketAbility to interact at all levels of clients organizationsExcellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessaryCertifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum, ITIL, eTOM and industry related certifications would be a plus,
