The goal is to be a key partner to senior management and the architect/engineering communities within the Group Technology organization to help integrate key enablers that support the strategic technical direction and transform the engineering culture of Group technology., at least 15+ years experience including a strong software development background within the Financial Services industry a recognized Distinguished Engineer with strong application and technical development background within the Financial Services industry an innovator and change agent, able to successfully manage complexity and deliver key objectives on time proven track record of leading/delivering enterprise wide solutions across large development communities degree or equivalent in technical or engineering discipline highly effective internal client relationship management skills
