Qualification & Experience : B. E./ B.Tech. / Diploma in Mech.Engg. with @ 2 to 6 years experience in Engineering drawing,design and drafting. Age : 23 to 28 years. Should be fully conversant with Mechanical Engineering Design and Drawing/drafting with Solid Edge software.Experience in CAD with 3D modelling using SolidEdge or SolidWorks is a MUST.Should have working knowledge of all other common softwares like email,words,excel etc. Should be able to work out technical and engineering calculations in Excel. Should be familiar with design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, material handling systems, piping, shafts and machine elements etc. Working knowledge of stress analysis would be an added advantage. The selected candidate shall be based at our head office at Karvenagar Pune or works at Kasar Ambolli Pune.Should have some familiarity with manufacturing operations like machining and fabrication. Should be self motivated with initiative and commitment. Should have good abilities to visualise and create designs of process equipment and machinery. Should be willing to learn and understand the advanced softwares such as PVElite, FlowEFD, ANSYS, FEMAP etc. and develop the skills to use these for improvement in work efficiency.Job responsibilities :Design and Engineering of process equipment as per the requirements and under the guidance of design head. Prepare design reports in systematic manner with calculations and cross referencing. Coordinate with manufacturing for solving any design related doubts and issues. Obtain approval from the design head and issue the drawings in timely manner for production/manufacturing. Prepare bill of material and issue for the procurement purpose. Visit manufacturing workshops/vendor workshop to record as built changes as and when necessary. Maintain record of drg. revisions. Maintain and upkeep all the drawings and designs in a systematic manner. Should be self motivated with initiative and commitment. Should be willing to adapt to the working culture of the organisation. Should be HONEST with COMPLETE INTEGRITY.Shall be willing to have a long terms career with the company/organisation. The position reports to the Director Operations. Selected candidate would be required to sign a legal agreement towards cofedentiality,non disclosure and non competition.
