Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm Are you a quick learner Do you have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail We re looking for an individual to join the CDIO IB OM team to support the Operational Management and broader COO function in achieving its goals with an emphasis on ensuring smooth day to day operations and financial insight to help support decision making.Key responsibilities include supporting the monthly financial forecasting exercise, liaising with colleagues across the CDIO IB COO team to validate and build out the IB CDIO forecast, supporting database updates and help provide analysis and insight as well as challenging material movements. help to co-ordinate month-end activities leading up to the monthly flash, including accrual attestations, reviewing databases and financials over the month end close period to help ensure the accuracy of the final position and explain variations to forecast. Supporting the monthly reporting cycle providing support to other team members in the production of the Monthly MI and explanation of movements/variances Providing ad-hoc analysis or support related to business & operating management initiatives Provide back-up and support on key tasks such as annual planning process, plan transfers, vendor financials etc. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencyWere looking for [Role Name] to: [List up to 5 Tasks]Your teamYou ll be working in the IB CDIO Operational Management team in India alongside colleagues in the broader IB CDIO COO team.
